Samantha Davis pivoted from her career in cancer research to become a private chef, cooking for Leslie Jones, Adidas and The Daily Show among others. The first-generation Jamaican-American pulls from her island roots and brings a passion for spices, unexpected pairings, and food exploration. Sam was previously cooking at Melba’s, Birds & Bubbles, Barneys New York and Minton’s before joining Ingrained Hospitality Concepts as its culinary director. @savorbysam
