Zac Young is known for his playful takes on desserts, including the all-in-one Thanksgiving ‘PieCaken’. He has worked as a pastry chef at Bouchon Bakery, Butter, and Flex Mussels, and trained in France at Valrhona and Chocolate Michel Cluizel. He was named one of the country’s Top Ten Pastry Chefs in 2015 by Dessert Professional, and is perhaps best known for his appearances on Bravo’s inaugural season of “Top Chef: Just Desserts” and The Cooking Channel’s “Unique Sweets”. Zac oversees the dessert creations for all Craveable Hospitality Group restaurants and bars. @zac_young
